I would like to say a big thankyou to all the staff for their kindness, friendliness and excellent service. Nothing was ever too much trouble and I only wish other countries put as much emphasis on customer service. My waiter, Azam, was fabulous and greated me every morning at breakfast with my favourite juice, the concierge who went out of his way to get me some cold tablets, all so very much appreciated.

the mosquitos were horrendous and although the staff used a tennis raquet mosquito repellant it may be an idea to give guests a mini version and could be quite a novel idea.
